About these Terms

These Terms of Service and Commercial Policies govern access to, purchase of, and use of digital products, membership areas, sales pages, checkout pages, content, support, and other services provided by Nexus Corporation LTDA, registered under Brazilian CNPJ No. 66.324.183/0001-09 and also trading as Nexus Produtos Digitais LTDA (“Nexus,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, offer description, and any specific conditions shown before purchase. In the event of a conflict, mandatory consumer law prevails, followed by the offer-specific terms for the matter they address.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

Eligibility and capacity

To make a purchase, you must have legal capacity to enter into a contract under the law of your country. Minors may purchase or use products only with the involvement and authorisation of a parent or legal guardian where permitted.

If you purchase on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind it to these Terms. False information, use of another person's identity, and unauthorised purchases are prohibited.

4

Digital products and offer information

Nexus sells digital products that may include e-books, videos, lessons, recordings, downloadable materials, tools, communities, online events, membership-area content, and related digital services.

Before purchase, the offer page or checkout should state, as applicable:

  • the product name, clear description, main features, and format;
  • the total price, currency, taxes, and known additional charges;
  • the delivery method and estimated access time;
  • the access period, where limited;
  • whether the purchase is a subscription, its frequency, automatic renewal, and cancellation method;
  • material technical restrictions, compatibility requirements, and limitations;
  • promotion, bonus, expiry, and eligibility conditions;
  • any product-specific refund terms that are more favourable than these Terms.

Illustrative Content

Images, mock-ups, and demonstrations may be illustrative. The content included is the content described in the confirmed offer at the time of purchase.

5

Purchase process and electronic acceptance

An order is submitted when you confirm your details and activate the final payment button. A purchase is completed only after payment authorisation and confirmation from Nexus or the payment platform.

Nexus may require you to check an acceptance box or take another affirmative action to agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and, where applicable, subscription terms, immediate supply of digital content, or storage of a payment method.

Electronic records, including date, time, IP address, order identifier, version of the terms, and acceptance confirmation, may be retained to evidence the contract, prevent fraud, and resolve disputes.

6

Prices, currencies, taxes, and promotions

The applicable price and currency are displayed before purchase confirmation. Currency conversion, bank fees, and charges imposed by the card issuer are the customer's responsibility unless applicable law provides otherwise.

Taxes may be included in the price or calculated at checkout depending on the country, product, and applicable rules. Customers must provide accurate location and billing information.

Coupons, discounts, bonuses, and promotions may be limited by time, quantity, audience, and specific conditions. They are not cumulative, transferable, or redeemable for cash unless expressly stated. Obvious pricing errors may be corrected before delivery; if the order cannot be honoured, the customer may cancel and receive a full refund.

7

Payments processed by Stripe

Payments may be processed by Stripe and payment-network participants. Stripe may directly collect card or bank details, billing address, device information, transaction identifiers, and fraud-prevention signals.

When a hosted or tokenised Stripe integration is used, the full card number and security code are transmitted directly to Stripe and are not stored in Nexus systems. Nexus may receive limited information such as brand, last digits, country, amount, currency, identifier, and transaction status.

A payment may be declined, subjected to additional authentication, held, or cancelled for security, risk, sanctions, regulatory, issuer-limit, or inconsistent-information reasons. Nexus does not control the issuer's or Stripe's final approval.

The statement descriptor may identify Nexus or the descriptor shown at checkout and on the receipt. Customers should review the receipt before disputing a charge.

Information about Stripe's handling of personal data is available at: stripe.com/privacy

8

Delivery and access

Unless the offer states a different time, delivery occurs after payment confirmation through a redirect, email, download link, account creation, or membership-area access. Most access is provided within minutes, but payment checks, fraud screening, or technical failures may require up to 24 hours.

Customers must provide and maintain a valid email address, check spam folders, and protect access credentials. If a product is not delivered within 24 hours after payment confirmation, contact support@nexuscorp.online.

Digital products do not require physical shipping or returns. Access duration, download rights, device limits, and updates are defined in the offer. Delivery is deemed completed when access or a file is made available to the address, account, or device provided.

Technical issues attributable to Nexus will be addressed within a reasonable period. If delivery becomes impossible, Nexus may provide renewed access, an equivalent product, or a refund, depending on applicable law and the circumstances.

9

Refund policy and withdrawal rights

To request a refund, email support@nexuscorp.online and provide the purchaser's name, purchase email, order number, product, and reason. Nexus may request reasonable information to locate the transaction and prevent fraud.

Once approved, a refund is submitted to the original payment method. Nexus normally initiates processing within 10 business days. Posting time depends on Stripe, the bank, and the card network and may take several additional business days.

Without limiting mandatory rights, a voluntary refund may be denied in cases of fraud, repeated abuse, sharing or resale, breach of these Terms, or substantial consumption followed by exploitation of the policy. Nexus will not require reasons for a statutory withdrawal where the law prohibits such a requirement.

After a refund, the licence and access end. The customer must delete downloaded copies where legally enforceable and may not continue using or distributing the content.

General rule

Unless a longer period is stated in the offer, Nexus provides a voluntary refund period of 7 calendar days after purchase. More favourable mandatory rights under the consumer's local law prevail.

SituationApplicable rule
BrazilConsumers may exercise the statutory withdrawal right applicable to distance contracts, including the seven-day period under the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code. Access may be revoked after the refund.
European Union / EEAWhere applicable, consumers have a statutory 14-day withdrawal period. For immediately supplied digital content, that right may end after express consent to begin performance and acknowledgement of losing the withdrawal right, as permitted by local law.
Other countriesThe voluntary seven-day refund period applies unless the offer provides a longer period, in addition to mandatory local rights.
Not delivered, defective, or materially differentNexus may correct the issue, replace the product, restore access, or refund the price, depending on the legally applicable remedy and the nature of the issue.
Duplicate or demonstrably unauthorised chargeAfter verification, an eligible charge will be refunded to the original payment method.
10

Subscription cancellation and renewals

This section applies only where the offer describes recurring billing. Before purchase, Nexus will display the amount, currency, frequency, trial period, expected billing date, and automatic-renewal terms.

Customers may cancel future renewals using the method shown in the membership area, checkout, receipt, or by emailing support@nexuscorp.online. Cancellation must be requested before the next billing date. It prevents future charges but normally does not create a pro-rata refund for a period already started unless the offer or mandatory law provides otherwise.

Price or frequency changes will be communicated in advance where required. If a recurring payment fails, Nexus may retry, request a payment-method update, limit access, or end the subscription.

Cancelling a card or deleting an application does not cancel a subscription. Electronic confirmation of cancellation will be provided.

11

Chargebacks, disputes, and fraud prevention

Before filing a bank dispute, customers are encouraged to contact support@nexuscorp.online so Nexus can locate the purchase, address delivery issues, or assess a refund. This does not remove any lawful dispute rights.

In a dispute, Nexus may provide Stripe, the issuer, or the card network with relevant evidence, including receipts, product descriptions, records of terms acceptance, delivery and access logs, support communications, and fraud-prevention data.

Fraudulent disputes, knowingly false claims, or continued use after refund may result in access suspension and appropriate legal action. Genuine unrecognised charges should be reported promptly.

12

Licence and intellectual property

Products, brands, text, video, audio, images, layouts, methods, materials, and systems belong to Nexus or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property law.

After purchase, the customer receives a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable licence to use the product under the offer terms. Purchase does not transfer intellectual-property ownership.

Without written permission, customers may not copy for distribution, resell, sublicense, share credentials, publish, transmit, upload to groups, remove authorship notices, extract databases, create a substantially derived competing product, or commercially exploit the content.

Short quotation and uses permitted by law remain allowed within legal limits. Violations may result in suspension, removal of access, and liability.

13

Accounts, credentials, and security

Customers are responsible for accurate details, protecting passwords, and restricting access to devices and accounts. An account is personal unless an authorised business plan states otherwise.

Suspected unauthorised access must be reported promptly. Nexus may reset credentials, require verification, limit sessions, or block activity that creates risk.

14

Acceptable use and prohibited conduct

Products and platforms must not be used to:

  • engage in unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, discriminatory, or rights-infringing conduct;
  • distribute malware, exploit vulnerabilities, interfere with security, or access unauthorised areas;
  • collect data from other users without a lawful basis or authorisation;
  • automate downloads, scraping, or unauthorised bulk extraction;
  • circumvent access limits, payment controls, DRM, or fraud-prevention measures;
  • resell, share, or publicly distribute products licensed for individual use;
  • misuse the Nexus brand or falsely imply a partnership.
15

Educational content, results, and testimonials

Products are informational, educational, or personal-development resources as described in each offer. They do not replace individual medical, psychological, legal, financial, accounting, or other professional advice.

Results depend on personal factors, effort, context, experience, and external conditions. Nexus does not guarantee income, profit, health, cure, relationships, manifestation, spiritual outcomes, or any specific result.

Testimonials, examples, case studies, and stated results reflect individual experiences and are not promises of typical performance. Customers should assess risks and seek qualified professional advice where appropriate.

16

Availability, changes, and discontinuation

Nexus aims to keep services available but may conduct maintenance, updates, or interruptions because of security, suppliers, internet failures, force majeure, or legal requirements.

Content may be updated, reorganised, or replaced without materially reducing the product's main purpose. If a paid service is discontinued before a promised access period ends, Nexus will provide a reasonable remedy, such as alternative access, export, credit, or a proportionate refund where applicable.

17

Third-party services and links

Payments, hosting, video, email, communities, tools, and links may be provided by third parties. Use of those services may be subject to the provider's own terms and policies.

Nexus is not responsible for independent third-party content, availability, or practices, but remains responsible for obligations that cannot legally be transferred.

18

Privacy and data protection

Nexus's collection and handling of personal data are described in its Privacy Policy. By purchasing, customers acknowledge that necessary information may be shared with Stripe, technical providers, authorities, and other recipients identified in that policy.

Marketing communications require an appropriate legal basis and can be unsubscribed from at any time. Transactional, security, delivery, billing, and support communications may continue where necessary.

Privacy requests may be sent to support@nexuscorp.online

19

Suspension and termination

Nexus may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, fraud, abusive chargebacks, account sharing, intellectual-property infringement, security risk, legal requirements, or material breach of these Terms.

Where reasonable, customers will be notified and allowed to cure the breach. Security or fraud-prevention suspensions may occur immediately. Termination does not erase accrued obligations or existing rights.

20

Warranties, liability, and indemnity

Nexus will provide services with reasonable care and honour mandatory statutory warranties. Outside those warranties, products are provided as available and as described in the offer.

To the maximum extent permitted, Nexus is not liable for indirect loss, lost profits, decisions made solely on educational content, third-party failures, or events outside its reasonable control.

No limitation applies to fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury, mandatory consumer rights, or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Users must compensate Nexus for direct loss caused by unlawful use, fraud, intellectual-property infringement, or deliberate breach of these Terms, subject to legal limits and consumer rights.

21

Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, without excluding mandatory consumer-protection rules in the customer's country of residence.

The parties will first seek an amicable solution through support@nexuscorp.online. Consumers may use consumer-protection bodies, official dispute-resolution platforms, and competent courts. Where consumer law requires, the courts of the consumer's domicile remain available.

For business relationships that do not involve consumers, the courts at Nexus's registered office in Brazil have jurisdiction unless the parties agree otherwise in writing or mandatory law applies.

22

Changes to these Terms

Nexus may update these Terms to reflect legal, operational, or commercial changes. The current version and updated date will be published. Material changes affecting subscriptions or ongoing services will be communicated where required.

A purchase is governed by the version accepted at the time of contracting, except for changes required by law or subsequently agreed.

23

Contact and business information

Electronic support: requests may be submitted at any time and will be answered within a reasonable period considering the subject, time zone, and business days.

Effective date

These Terms take effect on August 3, 2026 and remain valid until replaced by a later version.
